Quarterly repurchase offer period open for Q1 2023

The Fund’s quarterly repurchase offer begins on Feb. 17, 2023 and ends on March 15, 2023. If shareholders do not wish to tender any shares to the Fund, they do not need to take any action. The fund is offering 35% of its outstanding shares.

  • Redemption request deadline: March 15, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time
  • Redemption pricing date: March 16, 2023
  • Redemption payment deadline: No later than March 17, 2023

Documents

Repurchase requests must be submitted by March 15, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. Eastern time. Shareholders can withdraw or modify their submitted request any time before the deadline. As a reminder, the fund does not provide daily liquidity and the next opportunity for shareholders to redeem shares will be in June 2023.
